Article IV

Voters of Party members stipulated in the Clause 1 Article VI of the Rules for the Election of President shall be Party members who paid party dues to the Party Headquarters through prefectural Federation of Party Branches, and Voters of Liberal National Congress stipulated in the same clause shall be Liberal National Congress members whose payments of party dues were confirmed by the Liberal National Congress.
| 2 | Voters of National Political Association stipulated in the Clause 1 Article VI of the Rules for the Election of President shall be as follows: individual members of National Political Association who subscribed a share or more and corporate members who paid what the Party Headquarters’ Administration Committee decides or more as party dues, and their payments of two previous years are confirmed. |
